“ So no review of the service or atmosphere because I got delivery. But the food is very, very good. Even delivered the lobster Rangoon was perfectly crispy, creamy comfort food. The sweet and spicy chunky sauce that came with it is good enough to do shots of. The Bang Bang Chicken is honestly too much food for one person but could comfortably be shared with two. Layers of flavor and textures that just work and leaves your mouth wanting more long after your stomach is full. ”

Shiso Crispy may technically be a food truck, but they have a great dine-in building too, so you get the best of both worlds. The crispy onions on top really took it to the next level—flavorful, fresh, and perfectly balanced. I also had the BBQ short rib bao buns, which were insanely tender and packed with flavor, and let me just say: the pistachio cheesecake... OMG. So creamy and unique—it blew me away. This was my second time visiting. On my first visit, I tried the bang bang chicken dirty rice (which was good, but the ahi tuna wins for me), the lobster rangoons (amazing!), and the banana cake, which was super moist and delicious. Another big plus—they’re open late, which makes it the perfect spot for a late-night snack or meal. Whether it’s your first time or your fifth, this place is a MUST if you’re anywhere near the area. Unique, flavorful, consistent—easily my #1 spot in St. Pete! ”

Not only was the food phenomenal, but the worker Mike that helped us was extremely kind and patient with us, answering all of our questions and giving us great recommendations. Our favorite thing was absolutely the lobster rangoons. They are a must get. We also got the bang bang chicken and ahi tuna dirty rices and both were incredible and the portions were so filling! You definitely get your bang for your buck here. The short rib bao buns were some of the best bao buns we’ve ever had as well. “ We were not sure what to expect when we walked in. Everything was amazing. The seating outside was nice, but the indoor seating was a great break from the heat. Loved the vibe of everything. Most importantly, the food was phenomenal. My husband absolutely hates fish, but he was so impressed with the tuna that he ordered and ate all of it. It was definitely enough food for the both of us to share and packed with flavor. We also tried our friends’ bang bang chicken and it was so crispy and delicious.
